Returns
- Easy Returns: Changed your mind? No problem! You have up to 90 days to return any unused products. Ensure they’re in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Refunds: We'll refund the full value of your returned items, minus the original shipping cost. Please note, you’ll need to cover the return shipping.

On-the-spot Returns: Customers can also return items directly to our Dublin Ballymount office. Ensure all return paperwork is completed in full to proceed with the refund process.
- Exchanges are not available on-site.
- Please note: we take a little midday break on Wednesdays from 12:00 - 12:30 PM for a team huddle, so returns won’t be available during that time.

How do I return my order?
You can return your order using any carrier of your choice. Return postage is paid by the customer, so please ensure you choose a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Ireland and Northern Ireland customers can also use our DPD returns option for a flat fee of €5.99.
To return your parcel with DPD:
- Go to https://dpd.ie/Returns#/
- Continue as a Guest.
- Choose Happythreads Ltd. from the retailer drop-down list.
- Enter your reference number and reason for return.
- Select your parcel details. Regardless of box size, the standard return fee is €5.99.
- Complete payment.
- Select Print Label and attach the label securely to your return package.
- Complete the Happythreads Ltd. returns documentation and include it inside your parcel.
You can drop your return parcel at one of the DPD pick-up points located across Ireland. To find your nearest DPD pick-up point, visit the DPD website here: https://dpd.ie/Pickup.
When you drop off your parcel, you will receive a receipt with your tracking number. Please keep this receipt until your return has been processed.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued. Funds should reach your bank within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

How It Works: Exchanges are available for size or colour changes on like-for-like items. Please fill out the returns note included with your order.
Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items
- Special Orders: Are customised and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Scrub hats, socks, face masks, and embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
No Exchanges on Sale Items
- Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receipt, but exchanges are not available.
Faulty Items:
- We strive to supply items of the highest quality in perfect condition - however, if your item is faulty, please contact our customer service for assistance.
FAQs
- Can I return worn items? No, we only accept returns for unused items in their original condition.
- How long does it take to process a refund? Refunds are typically processed within 2-4 working days after we receive your return.
- Do you provide free returns? At this time, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
